Nurturing Your Tribute Tree

Not a green thumb? No worries. The Olive Tree is surprisingly resilient and rewarding with minimal attention:

• Light: Full sun is essential, at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily. A south-facing window is ideal. If natural light is limited, a grow light can help.
• Water: Allow the top inch or two of soil to dry between waterings. When in doubt, wait another day. Olive Trees are drought-tolerant and prefer to be slightly dry rather than wet.
• Drainage: Use a pot with drainage holes to prevent overwatering.
• Humidity: No misting needed. Olive Trees are naturally adapted to dry Mediterranean air and handle typical indoor humidity just fine.
• Temperature: Comfortable room temperature (65-75°F) works well. Bring indoors if temps drop below 20°F (Zone 8 and colder).  Avoid cold drafts and heating vents.
